Prof Sakai organized NEPTIS-28 (https://www.nisshineng.co.jp/news/33.html) on Dec 10, 2019. He invited leading professors from Japan, China and Australia. Prof Sakai won IP Award in August 2019, and attended the award ceremony organized in SPTJ Autumn Meeting on 15-16 Sept, 2019. Foremost he expressed his gratitude to his supervisor, Prof Seiichi Koshizuka, for his help and supervision.
